The City of Richmond Board of Adjustment consists of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor of Richmond with concurrence of the City Commission. The Board has the following responsibilities as pertains to this ordinance:
- The power to hear and decide applications for conditional use permits
- The power to act on applications for non-conforming uses and structures
- The power to act on applications for variances
- The power to hear and decide cases where it is alleged by an applicant that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, grant, or refusal made by the Chief Enforcement Officer in the enforcement of these regulations.
